GC3 Digital was founded in Melbourne with a simple conviction: governments and infrastructure owners deserve better advice than they were getting. Digital and data programs in the built environment had a persistent problem.
Our Story

Why I built GC3 Digital

Good advice should make hard decisions easier. For too long, it has done the opposite: promising technology, poor implementation, and outcomes that rarely matched the business case. I built GC3 to change that.

GC3 Digital is the alternative. Principal-led, technology-agnostic, and focused entirely on helping clients make smarter decisions, whether that is planning more housing, delivering capital projects, or building the data foundations that make both possible.

Gavin brings deep experience across Artificial Intelligence, Digital Twin, and Data services for governments and infrastructure owners.

He has advised national bodies, state and local governments, water and energy utilities, and major project authorities on how digital and data can help them deliver better assets, services and better-built places.

He has helped shape ISO Digital Twin, Building Information Modelling and Data standards through Standards Australia, and brings that perspective directly into client work.
